Ombudsman

The CaPQ office of bilingual access rights will be your Ombudsman, the Ombudsman for all Quebec citizens having trouble accessing basic rights in the official language of their choice, whether it be difficulties accesssing English legal assistance, whether it be difficulties accessing French or English educational opportunities, whether it be difficulties receiving emergency information in both official languages, whether it be the denial of English health or social services, we want to hear your complaints and assist you in pleading your case and being heard, we will document all complaints and when possible launch investigations and pursue legal action, we will call upon all the resources at our disposal to make the access concerns of the average Quebec resident be heard whether in parliament or in the public forum we are dedicated to getting your message out.
