Executive Committee

• Coordinates between the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

• Is a member of the BOD.

• Can act as spokes person for the Party when Party Leader is unavailable

• Leads the Executive Committee to complete required operational projects.

• Engaging/managing/coordinating/recruiting/vetting/convening candidates

• Ensures meeting calendar is sent out.

• Takes minutes of the meeting.

• Replaces the Executive Committee President when absent from meetings.

• Can act as spokes person for the Party when Executive Committee President is

• unavailable.

• Leads the Executive Committee to complete required operational projects.

• Engaging/managing/coordinating/recruiting/vetting/convening candidates

• Ensures meeting calendar is sent out.

• Takes minutes of the meeting.

• Can lead sub committee projects assigned to them.

• Is a Member of the Executive Committee

• Is responsible to recruit volunteers to create regional teams consisting of Vice
  Presidents, Secretary and Event Planner

• Must create and coordinate event calendars to recruit new members and fund raise

• Regional Team will ensure that all logistics, communications and invitations are
  sent out to all regional members.

• Tracks expenses and participations rates for events.

• Engaging/managing/coordinating/recruiting/vetting/convening candidates;

• Critic Roles Targeted: Health, Education, Housing, Economy, Environment,
  Immigration, Youth Wing.

• Stay informed on current government portfolio.

• Provide input on party policies regarding their portfolio and adjust policies
  accordingly.

• Participate on policy sub-committees

• Provides articles for Political Frontline and participates on YouTube Program

• Engaging/managing/coordinating/recruiting/vetting/convening candidates;

Responsible for party external messaging, marketing, outreach, membership; Works directly with the

Communication Manager

Brand and brand asset management

Media relations

Content development for;

Press Releases;

Social media;

Member outreach;

Collecting and organizing shadow critic content

Political Frontline publications, You tube Program,OP-Eds etc.publications

Engaging/managing/coordinating/recruiting/vetting/convening candidates;

Responsible for election/bi-election finances;

Expense management

DGEQ financial compliance

Development of annual budget

Oversight of loans and fundraising activities
